基于UDP协议的电动螺旋压力机数据监控系统

摘要:

 电动螺旋压力机具有能量可控、生产锻件精度高等优点,广泛应用于各种材料的精密锻造。由西门子PLC、触摸屏组成的电动螺旋压力机控制系统,在锻件的整个成形过程中,触摸屏上无法显示滑块的位移、速度、打击力的实时曲线,因此无法研究打击能量对锻件成形性能的影响。本文设计了一套基于UDP通讯协议的电动螺旋压力机数据监控系统,并已应用在1000 t电动螺旋压力机的实际生产中。该系统可以显示设备参数信息,以2 ms采样周期采集位移、速度、打击力参数,基于PC并在监控系统界面上以曲线的形式显示出来。

 The electrical screw press with the advantages of controllable energy, high precision forging production and so on, is widely used in precision forging of various kinds of materials. The electrical screw press has a control system composed of Siemens PLC and touch screen,in the whole forming process of forging, the touch screen can not display the displacement, speed and hitting force of the slider in the form of real-time curve, so its unable to study the effect of blow energy on forging forming performance. Data monitoring system of electrical screw press based on UDP communication protocol was designed and proposed, and it had been applied in the practical production of 1000 t electric screw press. This system can display equipment parameter information, and collect displacement, velocity and hitting force parameters with 2 ms sampling period, and display them in the monitoring system interface in the form of curve based on PC.
