基于伺服压力机的厚板变速冲裁噪声研究

摘要:

研究基于伺服压力机的冲裁工艺,通过降低滑块在冲裁过程中断裂分离阶段的运动速度并进行保压,以降低冲裁的振动和噪声。采用不同冲裁间隙和滑块运动模式对不同材料厚板进行冲裁试验,结果表明:降低冲裁速度并在冲裁过程中进行保压,可使Q235A、20钢、A6061铝和SUS304不锈钢等材料所产生的冲裁工艺噪声相应降低。与普通冲裁模式相比,采用保压运动模式使前3种板材冲裁噪声明显减小,其中,Q235A在冲裁间隙为7%t(t为板材厚度)时降噪幅度最大约为20 dB;而SUS304不锈钢的冲裁噪声对冲裁速度和冲裁间隙不敏感,且噪声水平较高。

The blanking process on servo press was studied based on servo press.The pressure maintaining model was applied by reducing the slider speed in the fracture separation stage to decrease the blanking vibration and noise.Blanking experiments with different material thick plates were researched under different blanking clearances and slider movement models.Results show that with the blanking speed reducing and pressure maintaining in the blanking process,the blanking noise of Q235A,20 steel,A6061 and SUS304 stainless steel can be reduced.Compared with the conventional blanking model, the blanking noise level is lowered obviously under the pressure maintaining model for the first three materials,and the noise can be reduced maximally about 20 dB for Q235A at the blanking clearance of 7%t(t is the plate thickness).SUS304 stainless steel is not sensitive with the blanking speed and clearance and the blanking noise level is high.
