基于Archard的正挤压模具磨损模拟分析与研究

摘要:

对Archard模型进行了修正,建立了挤压磨损模型。采用Deform磨损分析模块对典型正向冷挤压过程进行了凹模模具磨损分析,得到了模具工作表面各点的磨损分布图,确定了最大磨损发生区域。通过对比分析,研究了模具几何形状、变形程度、滑动速度对模具磨损的影响关系。研究结果表明,挤压磨损模型反映了挤压过程中主要工艺参数与磨损之间关系,并从工艺设计方面提出了减低挤压磨损的措施。

Die wear module of the extrusion process was defined based on the Archard wear module. Die wear of typical forward cold extrusion process was analyzed using Deform wear analysis module,the wear profile of points of the die work surface was obtained, and the maximum die wear position was pointed out. By comparing analysis, the influence of the die structure, deformation degree, sliding speed on the die wear was studied. The results show that the relationship between die wear and process parameters is reflected by the module,and measures to reduce die wear based on the process are put forward.
