焊接式卧式旋压成形机床结构设计及分析

摘要:

为实现普通旋压中的拉深旋压、缩径旋压及切边等功能,设计了一款多功能卧式旋压机床。重点介绍了机床的整体结构布局、旋压机床工作参数的确定、主轴电机型号的选择、主轴箱结构设计和焊接床身结构。主轴箱内分别用推力球轴承和双列圆柱滚子承受轴向力和径向力;通过采用焊接方式加工可以很灵活的布置加强筋,优化床身的性能。设计计算表明,该旋压机床的主轴箱具有很高的可靠性,主轴和床身均具有较高的强度和刚度。

To achieve the multi-function of conventional spinning, such as drawing spinning, neck spinning and trimming, etc., a kind of multi-function horizontal spinning machine was designed. The layout of the overall structure of the machine, the working parameter determination of the machine, the selection of spindle motor, the design of the main shaft box and the structure of the welding bed were mainly introduced; the axial and radial spinning forces were mainly supported by the thrust bearings and tapered bore double row cylindrical roller bearings mounted in the main shaft box, respectively; reinforcing ribs of bed was flexibly set by the welding process and the performance of bed was optimized effectively. The calculation results show that the main shaft box of the spinning machine has high reliability, and both the main shaft and the welding bed have the high strength and stiffness.
