非对称法兰密封固定盖级进模设计

摘要:

针对非对称法兰密封固定盖冲压件材料薄和精度要求高的特点,分析了产品的冲压工艺性,设计了13工位的级进模,说明了模具的具体工作过程,指出冲压实际生产中要重点注意的事项,以及产品容易出现的裂纹和成形尺寸不合格等质量问题,以及需采取的具体工艺措施。级进模具投入生产两年以来的实践表明: 冲压工艺设计合理,所设计的模具结构可靠,模具维修方便,能保证产品质量,生产的冲压零件完全满足客户要求。
 

Aiming at the characteristics of the thin thickness and high precision for sealing fixing cover with asymmetric flange,the stamping process of the product was analyzed. The progressive die with thirteen positions was designed. The working process of the die was illustrated in detail. The matters needing attention in stamping production were pointed out. The specific technical measures adopted can avoid the crack and unqualified size of products. The two years production practice shows that the stamping process design is reasonable,the reliable structure of die is convenient to be repaired and can guarantee the quality of products which should fully meet customer requirements.
