复合驱动伺服冲床的冲头速度损失补偿机制研究

复合驱动伺服冲床因配有双动力源,在冲剪工件时,解决了普通伺服冲床的功率受限问题,但冲压负载造成的冲头速度误差变得更加复杂,导致冲头的位移曲线不易修正,难以保证加工精度。本文对造成冲头速度损失的原因进行了分析,并建立了速度损失的数理模型,提出了速度误差的补偿机制。最后用4种不同材料及规格的冲压件进行了实验测试,将实验结果与模型计算所得的各项最佳补偿值进行了对比分析。验证结果表明,工件的材料性质、冲头尺寸和冲头的初速度对冲头的运动速度损失有极大关联,该速度损失模型与实验结果较为吻合。

In workpiece punching process, as the hybriddriven servo press is different from the general servo press, it can solve the problem of power limited due to two motors, but the velocity error of punch motion becomes more complex, the punch displacement curve is not easily modified, and the machining accuracy is difficult to be achieved. On the basis of the analysis of the velocity error, a mathematical model of velocity loss was established, and a compensation strategy of velocity error was put forward. Moreover, an experiment including four type of punching materials and sizes was tested, and the experimental results were compared with the best compensation value of the model calculated. The verified results show that the material properties and sizes of the workpiece, the initial velocity of the punch affect the velocity loss, and the model of velocity loss are more consistent with the experimental results.
