一种确定冲裁间隙试验模具的设计

冲裁间隙是冲裁模设计中一个非常重要的工艺参数,冲裁间隙不仅影响冲裁功、冲裁力、卸料力、顶件力的大小,而且还影响冲裁的精度、冲裁件的断面质量、平整度和模具寿命等。因此,为了满足冲裁件的质量要求并延长模具的使用寿命,确定合理的冲裁间隙就显得尤为必要。本文设计了一套试验模具来确定冲裁合理间隙值,此试验模具采用多个凸模同时冲裁,实现了在不拆卸模具的情况下快速更换冲裁凹模,为试验提供了不同的冲裁间隙值,提高了试验效率。

The blanking clearance is a very important process parameter for the die design, which not only affects blanking power, blanking force, unloading force, the force of top pieces, but also the precision of the blanking, quality of the section and long service life of the die, etc. Therefore, in order to meet the quality requirements of the blanking parts and prolong the service life of mold, the reasonable blanking clearance is particularly necessary. A set of mold was designed to determine reasonable blanking clearance value. Several punches were applied for the blanking process at the same time, which could succeed in changing the female die rapidly without removing the mold. This method can provide different blanking clearance value and improve the experiment efficiency.
