基于Pro/E的冲压模具组件力学分析

摘要:

通过实例介绍了应用Pro/E的Mechanica模块完成冲压模具组件力学分析的方法,对模具组件的分析结果作了必要的评价,并将组件分析的结果与单件分析的结果进行了比较,分析了造成结果误差的主要原因在于约束和连接的设置。例如:组件中各模板之间设置为接触界面而非单件分析时的平面约束;各模板的连接设置为螺钉连接、销钉约束而非单件分析时的固定约束等。这为更准确地预测模具组件的应力和应变提供了一种方便、高效的方法。

The methods of mechanical analysis for stamping die components based on the Mechanica module of Pro/E was introduced by a specific example. The results of the analysis were evaluated, and were compared with mechanical analysis results for stamping die parts. The reasons caused by analysis result error were largely due to constraints and connection settings. For example, contact interfaces were setted between die plates in components analysis and not plane constraint in single part analysis, screw connection and pin constraints were setted between die plates in components analysis and not fixed constraints in single part analysis,etc. It provides a simple and efficient method that can accurately predict the stress and strain of stamping die components.
