自动送料的铰链成形模结构设计
英文标题:According to the characteristics of the hinge parts structure and production volume requirements, the stamping process analysis of the product was carried out in order to determine the process scheme for pressure end of the arc and rolling. The automatic feeding was realized through the push and pull movements of the fork forced by the punch, and the hinge forming progressive die with the automatic feeding function was designed. The structure of the mold, the working process, key design and debugging methods were described. Through the production practice, it is proved that the mold structure is simple, rational, easy to be used and maintened.The production efficiency is high and the product is of good quality.

摘要:

针对铰链零件的结构特点与生产批量要求,对产品进行了冲压成形工艺分析,确定了压端部圆弧与卷圆的工艺方案。通过上模对送料拨叉的推拉运动,实现自动送料,并设计了具有自动送料的铰链成形级进模,介绍了模具结构、工作过程、设计关键点和调试方法。经过生产实践,验证了所设计的模具结构简单合理,使用维修方便,生产效率高,加工的产品质量好。

According to the characteristics of the hinge parts structure and production volume requirements, the stamping process analysis of the product was carried out in order to determine the process scheme for pressure end of the arc and rolling. The automatic feeding was realized through the push and pull movements of the fork forced by the punch, and the hinge forming progressive die with the automatic feeding function was designed. The  structure of the mold, the working process, key design and debugging methods were described.
