基于正交方案的闭挤式精冲工艺参数优化

摘要:

将模具结构各工艺参数(相对冲裁间隙、主凹模圆角半径等)作为优化变量,工件轮廓面光亮带比例作为优化目标,结合正交试验和有限元仿真技术,以AL2024材料的圆形落料件为例,研究了模具各工艺变量对优化目标的影响规律和影响程度大小。其次,在确定最佳模具参数的基础上,研究了反顶力大小与轮廓面光亮带比例的关系。最后,通过相关物理实验进行验证,得到了闭挤式精冲成形AL2024材料的最佳参数。

Firstly, the mould structure process parameters (relative cutting clearance,the main die fillet radius)were used as the optimized variables and the contour surface with light proportion was used as the optimization objective. Then combining the orthogonal experiment with finite element simulation technology,and taking the circular dropping material of AL2024 as an example, the effect degree and rule of the process variables on the optimization objective were studied . Secondly, on the basis of determining the optimal mould parameters,the relationship of the anti enjecting force size and contour surface with light was investigated. Finally,through verifying the relevant physical experiment,the best parameters of closed extruding fine blanking of AL2024 material were got.
