摘要:

为研究板件冲压连接技术中冲压力和模具几何参数对连接点质量的影响规律,结合实验与数值模拟综合分析了板料连接工艺中冲压力和模具形状尺寸对连接点的颈厚值、互锁量和X值的影响及材料流动规律。结果表明,冲压力的提高一定程度上增加了连接点强度,凹模型腔深度对其影响更为显著,并证明实验与模拟的综合分析能够更为深入地掌握冲压连接技术的机理。

For researching the influence law of stamping pressure and mould geometrical parameter in stamping connection on the quality of mechanical clinched ioint, the influence law of stamping pressure and mould geometrical parameters on the neck thickness, interlock and X value of the connection point, and material flow were comprehensively analysed based on the experiments and numerical simulations. The experiment and simulation results show that increasing stamping pressure enhances the mechanical clinched joint strength in a certain degree, and the die cavity depth influences it even more significantly. It is proved that the stamping connection technology mechanism can be mastered in more detail in combination of experiment and simulation analysis.
