摩托车油箱外壳成形过程的数值模拟及优化

摘要:

针对摩托车油箱外壳成形过程复杂,冲压生产中容易出现质量问题,应用FASTAMP-NX软件,建立有限元分析模型,采用理论分析和有限元模拟技术相结合的方法,模拟了摩托车油箱上壳体成形过程的变形规律和影响因素,将坯料形状、压边力、摩擦系数、拉延筋阻力作为主要设计变量,探讨其对成形质量的影响规律,并进行工艺参数调整及对工艺进行优化。结果显示,优化后的工艺较好的消除了破裂以及起皱现象,有助于实现摩托车油箱上壳整体成形质量的提高,具有一定的使用价值和理论意义。

According to the complexity of the forming process of the motorcycle tank's shell , as well as the quality issues in the punching production, finite element model was built using FASTAMP-NX software and adopting a method combining theoretical analysis with simulation technique. The deformation rules and influencing factors of the forming process for tank's top housing were simulated, and the shape of raw material, the pressure-pad-force, the friction factor and the bead resistance were acted as its main designing variables, the rules affecting its formation equality were discussed.The results show that the fractural and puckering phenomena are well eliminated process optimization. The model can improve the overall formation equality and has both theoretical and practical value.
