高强铝合金锻件KIC值的测试方法研究

摘要:

分析对比了国内外高强铝合金锻件的断裂韧性测试方法,并采用不同的技术措施对超大规格或超厚型高强铝合金锻件的断裂韧性值的测试方法进行分析研究,得出了影响高强铝合金锻件KIC测定的具体原因。研究表明,通过一定技术措施,高强铝合金锻件的断裂韧性值KIC是可以采用小尺寸标准CT样获得,并能够通过原材料冶炼和锻造及热处理工艺的改进,提高其断裂韧性值KIC。而影响高强铝合金锻件KIC值成功测定的最根本措施是保证试样裂纹尖端的平面应变状态和塑性变形受到严重约束。

An analytical contrast was carried out on the fracture toughness test method of high strength aluminum alloy forging at home and abroad. The fracture toughness test method of oversized or ultra thickness high strength aluminum alloy was studied by adopting different technical measures and the reason which affects the result of  KIC measurement was obtained. The result shows that through some technical measures, the fracture toughness of high strength aluminum alloy forging can be obtained by small scale CT standard sample. The fracture toughness value can be increased by improving the technology of material melting, forging and heat treatment. The most important thing of measuring the fracture toughness value correctly is to ensure the plane strain status of crack tip on sample and restraining the plastic deformation.
