异种金属管的复合塑性流动连接金属塑性流动特性分析

摘要：

针对异种金属管材的连接需要，基于塑性流动原理，提出一种固相连接方法——复合塑性流动连接。结合流函数理论，对连接过程中金属塑性流动特性进行了分析，掌握了金属塑性流动的规律。并通过有限元软件对材料为铝合金LY12和紫铜T2的管材进行连接过程的仿真实验研究，模拟结果表明，金属的塑性流动情况与理论分析的结果一致。

As for the heterogeneous metal pipe connection, a solid-phase connecting method was put forward based on the plastic flow theory, which was composite plastic flow connection．Combined the stream function theory, metal plastic flow characteristics in the connect process was analyzed and the law of the metal plastic flow was grasped. Through the finite element software, the connection process was simulated for the pipe of aluminum alloy LY12 and T2 copper．The simulated results show that the metal plastic flow is consistent with the results of theoretical analysis.
