To complexity and specificity in numerical control machining of the tool of cross wedge rolling, the numerical control programming system for the tool of cross wedge rolling was developed from the points of view of system integration. The general structure of numerical control machining system on tool of cross wedge rolling as well as structure, theory and implement mechanism of each sub-module in the system were discussed in detail.
