以大型汽轮机转子叶轮为例 ,针对直径在Φ10 0 0mm以上的特大型薄饼类锻件的锤上模锻进行了工艺分析 ,并采用旋转分步锻造法[1] ,设计了特殊结构的模具 ,解决了普通锻锤设备打击能量严重不足的矛盾。经生产证明 ,模具使用可靠 ,工艺方法可行 ,为超大型盘饼类模锻件的生产提供了成功的经验

In order to successfully forge the steam turbine impeller, the manufacturing procedure on hammer for super\|large thin disc forgings of more than Φ 1000mm was analyzed, the rotating forging method was employed, and a special structure die was designed. So the problem of no enough blowing power for common hammer was smoothly solved. By production, it shows that the usage of die is reliable, and the manufacturing procedure is feasible, which contributes the successful experience to super\|large disc die\|forgings.
