摘要：

对剪板机的工作原理及控制特点进行了分析,在采用继电器———接触器控制系统的基础上,选用FX2N—32MR型PLC为控制器。设计出剪板机控制系统,包括硬件电路和软件程序。实践证明,设计方案合理,可靠性高,有很好的实用性。

This paper analyses the working principle and controlling characteristic of the plate cutting machines.Based on adopting the original relay-contactor control system,it uses FX2N—32MR PLC as a controller to design the controlling system of plate cutting machines,including the hardware circuit and software program.Practical result shows that the design is reasonable for its high reliability and good practicability.
