摘要：

通过对80摩托车档位齿轮精锻成形工艺研究,设计了精锻件图,确定合理的成形工艺,设计出相应的精密成形模具,实现了档位齿轮的精密成形。

Through the analysis and research on the precision forging process for the shifting gear in 80-type of motorcycle,the drawing of the precision forging is designed ,the reasonable forming process is settled down and the precision forging die is designed. Therefore, the precision forging of the shifting gear is realized.
