馬氏体时效钢冷冲压成形减少变薄量的研究

叙述了18Ni8Co5Mo马氏体时效钢的机械及冷冲压性能;研究了该钢种在冷冲压成形时几种热处理状态(固溶态及各种过时效态)对工件变薄的影响;摸索了几种润滑条件在冷冲压成形过程中对减少工件变薄的作用;采用650℃经2小时过时效处理的工艺、板材表面喷Qo—1型清漆后加机油润滑、以及在工件变薄区附近增加抵抗拉伸变形的阻力,成功地获得一次冷冲压件变薄率可达到10%左右的直径65毫米的半球形。用该种工艺研制φ300毫米的半球形件,其变薄率可达15%左右。

The paper states the cold forming and mechanical properties of 18Ni8Co5Mo Martensite aging-steel; the effect of several heating treatment status (solid-solution and some over-aging) of this steel in cold forming to the thinning of the components; studies on some lubricating effects to the reduction of components thinning in cold forming. It is successful that the thinning rate of one-time cold-stamping parts reaches to that around 10% for semi-spherical parts of 65mm dia., with 2-hour aging treatment process under 650℃, the sheet being coated with engine oil upon the Qo-1 celluloid paint, in addition, the resistance to tension deformation is enchanced near the thinning region of the component. By applying this technique, a thinning rate of 15% can be achieved with the semi-spherical parts of φ/300mm diameter.
