摘要：

润滑剂在挤压过程中非常重要。本文对黑色金属冷挤压用的高分子润滑剂作了一些论述,阐述了高分子润滑剂的润滑机理,结合实际生产,讨论了润滑剂的使用方法,并与传统的磷化皂化工艺进行了详细对比,分析讨论了该润滑剂在温挤压中的应用。

Lubricant is very important in the extrusion process.This paper introduces the new lubricant of high polymer used for ferrous metal cold extrusion.It expounds the lubricating mechanics of high polymer lubricant.Combined with the practice,it puts forward its using method and compares the traditional Parkerizing and Saponifying process in every technology parameter.It also analyzes the application of this lubricant in the warm extrusion.
