摘要：

阐述了特种电机端罩冲压工艺方案。基于压杆稳定理论,探讨了该制件镦压凸肩的工艺条件,计算了所需的工艺力,介绍了其镦压成形模具的设计结构、工作原理。该模具已经投入实际生产使用,完全满足制件制造质量要求和企业新产品开发的需要。

The process planning of the end shield on the special motor was explained.Based on the stability theory of pressure bar,the process conditions and the technology force required by the end shield's shoulder during the upsetting forming were discussed.The design structure and working principle of the upsetting forming die were introduced also.The die had been put into production.It met pretty well with the needs of the quality requirements of making product and development for new products in enterprise.
