管形零件冲孔过程的变形研究

摘要:
借助有限元分析方法分析了管形零件无芯模冲孔过程,研究了管形零件冲孔变形时的弹性变形、局部塌陷、整体变形(失稳)过程,并讨论了这些变形过程对管形零件最终产品质量的影响。还通过数值方法分析研究了具有不同特征尺寸参数的管形零件在冲孔时的变形情况,同时研究了夹持方式对零件整体变形、局部塌陷的抑制效果。这些研究对管形零件无芯模冲孔工艺的制定、优化以及模具结构的设计具有一定的指导作用。
The deformation on the piercing process of tube was studied.The local elastic deformation and plastic deformation,the non-local deformation or collapse of the tube were analyzed by finite element method.These deformations′ influences on the quality of finished tube were further discussed in detail.The deformations of tube with different characteristic geometry parameter in the piercing process,and the suppressing results of the non-local deformation and the local plastic deformation through the use of different holding and pressing scheme of tube were studied.The research results will provide useful information for stipulating and optimizing the piercing process of tube and designing the stamping die structure.
