音频接口多工位级进模设计

摘要:
针对音频接口零件尺寸小、精度要求高、卷圆结构复杂的特点,分析了冲压成形工艺性,确定了级进模冲压生产工艺方案。比较两种常用的卷圆成形结构,选定并改进了分步卷圆成形工序。与传统的分步成形方案相比较,避免了多次定位误差与操作安全系数低等缺陷,提高了零件冲压成形的可靠性,降低了开发成本。同时,根据制件结构特点合理安排工序顺序,设计了圆弧过渡接刀,避免二次冲裁。依据合理的排样方案,优化设计模具结构。应用精密导向和支撑结构、可调压力的卸料装置以及浮动导正销套等机构,保证了模具生产的稳定性和可靠性。对此类零件的级进模设计有一定的参改价值。
Audio interface parts have the features of small size,high request of precision and complex coiling configura- tions.In the article,the technology of punching with progressive die was analyzed and the scheme was also confirmed. By comparing the two common coiling configurations,the improving working procedure step by step shaping with coi- ling was determined.Compared with traditional scheme,the defects,such as big error of multi-orientating and the lower security in operation were avoided.The reliability of production was enhanced and exploitation cost was reduced. Furthermore,the rational sequence of scheme was arranged based on the characteristics of the part.For avoiding punc- hing two times,arc transitional joint edge was designed.According to the rational layout project,an improved struc- ture of the die was designed in which precise guided structure,brace framework,adjustable-pressure stuff-unload set- ting and floating orienting pin-thimble framework were applied to guarantee the stability and security of the operation of the die.Therefore,the article has a certain reference value for designing the progressive die of similar parts.
