温锻过程非稳态塑性流动的有限元模拟

本文从实际工艺设计的需要出发,用刚粘塑性有限元法及网格重新划分技术,对自行车飞轮温锻工艺中最关键的制坯工步的非稳态塑性流动进行了数值模拟和实验研究。得到了整个过程中工件内部的应力、应变、应变速率和流动速度的分布及模具的受力情况。计算得到的压力行程曲线与实测结果吻合良好。在有限元模拟过程中,采用了作者提出的新旧网格体系坐标转换方法,经应用证明为较准确且简便的方法。
In this paper, for the aim of practical process planning, the non-steady plasitic flow in the key blocking process of the warm forging technology of a gear of bicycles was numerically simulated by rigid-viscoplastic FEM and mesh rezoning technique. The distributions of stresses, strains, strain rates in workpiece and the forces applied on die surfaces were obtained. The material of the workpiece was A3 steel, the warm forging experiment was completed on a 500T crank press. The load-stroke curves of calculation and experiment agreed with each other very well. During the FEM simulation, the authors proposed a new transformation method for transferring the coordinates from old mesh to the new one. the practice of the authors proved it a more accurate and convenient method.
