网格再划分技术在金属成形过程有限元模拟中的应用

本文提出了一种锻粗过程有限元模拟中网格再划分方法,在对再划分的判据和步骤详细讨论后,通过钛合金圆柱体镦粗过程的有限元计算实例验证了这种方法的适用性,采用了刚粘塑性材料模型的假设。计算结果表明,该方法具有较高的计算精度。
