2P空调柜机边板涂装板料冲压模具的设计与制造

摘要:
设计了一套4副用于家用2P空调柜机边板彩色预涂装板料冲压模具和相应的冲压工艺,指出了涂装板料冲压工艺相对于冲后涂装工艺的优点,分析了边板三道冲压工序方案及对应模具的结构特点和工作原理,介绍了模具主要零件的加工制造要点,以及针对保护PCM彩色预涂装层不受损而在冲模相关零件采取的措施。模具结构设计合理,工艺可靠,制造周期短,成本较低。制造的产品达到了很好的外观质量和效果,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
The four side plant PCM(Pre-Coated Metal)punch dies of family 2P aircondition tank and corresponding technology were designed.The PCM punch process relative to general punch process was pointed out.The project of three punch processes for side plant and the structure characteristics and working principle of dies were analyzed.The key points of manufacturing of main parts and measures adopted in the corresponding parts of punch dies in order to prevent the PCM layer from injuring were introduced.The structure of dies is reasonable,the technology is reliable,the manufacture period is shortened,and the cost is lower.The products have good appearance quality,the production efficiency is increased,and the production cost is reduced.
