摘要:
提出了一种无内胎钢制车轮成形新工艺,其工艺流程为:下料-加热-制坯-辗环-后处理。其中环件毛坯形状决定了辗环工序的变形程度及金属流动状态,从而对工艺成败具有决定性的影响。运用ABAQUS大型通用有限元软件,分析不同毛坯形状对辗环成形过程、辗压力、应力及应变分布情况的影响,通过对计算结果的对比分析,得到合理的成形工艺方案。
A new forming process of tubeless steel wheel which could be described as cutting,heating,ring rolling and spinning was proposed.As that the shape of the ring billet determines flow of material and deformation of workpiece in ring rolling operation,so it is a key factor to the new forming process.The FEM software named ABAQUS was applied to analyze the ring rolling process of tubeless steel wheel.The influence of billet's shape on material flow,rolling load,distribution of stress and strain was discussed.An optimized rolling process was obtained according to the simulation result.
