采用弹塑性有限元方法对金属平面横向挤压变形进行了理论计算,分析了变形体内部塑性区的扩展情况、等效应变及模具表面接触应力分布。并采用密栅云纹法进行了实验验证。

In this paper, the values of deformation and equivalent strain, the expanding situations of plastic district and the surface contact stress distributions on die are calculated by Elastic-Plastic Finite Element Method. Morie method is employed to test in experiment.
