实心铆钉自冲铆接数值模拟及参数优化

摘要:
采用DEFORM-2D有限元分析软件对实心铆钉自冲铆接工艺过程进行数值模拟,分析了铆接成形过程中板料断裂损伤的分布以及发展趋势,实验证明:数值模拟的剖面形状与实物剖面形状一致。通过数值模拟得出的应力分布规律,优化了实心铆钉几何形状,在铆钉的头部铆钉杆采用过渡圆角,使得应力分布合理;优化压边力、间隙、凹模圆角,可以有效提高铆接质量和外观。
The process of self-pierce riveting with solid rivet was simulated by FEM software Deform-2D. The distribution and developing trends of damage were analyzed. The result shows that the cross section of simulation is in agreement with the experimental result. The filleted corner was used in the transition between the head and shank of rivet. The geometry optimization of the rivet made the distribution of the stress more reasonable. Several factors including clamp force,clearances and corner radius were optimized. The proper parameters reinforced the quality and performance of the joint.
