摘要:
根据某上盖零件的结构特点及技术要求,通过对各工艺方案进行分析比较,设计了落料-拉深-冲孔-翻边复合模,即在一个工位同时完成落料、拉深、冲孔和翻边4个不同工序的复合模结构。详细介绍了模具的工作过程及设计要点,解决了条料的定位、导向、卸料、出件、优化模具结构等技术问题。经实际生产验证,此套模具大大提高了生产效率,其合理的模具结构保证了上盖的形状及尺寸精度,提高了企业的经济效益。
Based on design features and technical requirements of top head,by analyzing stamping process plans,the blanking-drawing-punching-curling compound die which could complete synchronously four procedures of blanking,drawing,punching and curling in the same working station was designed reasonably.The die working process and main design points were introduced detailedly.The technology problems of the position of sheet metal,guiding,stripping,pushing and the optimization of die structure were resolved.After the actual production,it was found that this die greatly improved the production efficiency and the shape and the size of top head were ensured by the reasonable die structure.The economic efficiency of company was increased.
