油漆罐一次成形复合模具设计

摘要：

通过对油漆罐上圈成形工艺的分析和比较,发现传统工艺在材料使用上存在浪费,在安全上存在一定的隐患,而且在加工过程中也多有不便。而重新设计的一次成形复合模具,大大缩短了工艺路线,减少了模具数量,同时还解决了中孔的工艺废料的再利用问题,大大提高了材料利用率和劳动生产率,还使生产安全性有较大的提高,降低了生产成本,可增加利润率5%~8%左右。

Through analyzing and comparing the forming technologies of upper bounds for paint can,some problems were discovered in traditional process,for example,there were material waste,a certain hidden danger and inconvenience in the process of machining.A once forming compound die was designed.The process route was greatly simplified,the number of dies was reduced,meanwhile,the reutilization problem of process waste material of medium pore was solved,the material utilization and productivity were rasied greatly,the production security was improved,and the production costs were reduced and the profit rate was increased by 5%-8%.
