摘要:
论述了管子冲孔工艺不同形式的特点和难点,分析了管子冲孔过程中的受力情况以及对管子变形的影响,提出了管子冲孔夹紧及反向预变形的必要性和设计方法,以及单元可组合式管子冲孔模具结构的设计及关键零件的制造。该模具结构简单、制造成本低、组装方便快速灵活;具有适用多品种、准备周期短的优越性及适用范围,该模具大大拓宽了现有管子冲孔工艺范围和模具的适用能力。
The characteristics and difficulties of the different styles for pipe hole punching technology were described.The forcing situation during the process of pipe hole punching and its effect on the pipe distortion were analysed.The necessity and design methods of the pipe hole punching,clampping and possible reverse distortion were explained.The units combination of the designing structure of pipe hole punching and the key parts manufacturing were introduced.Many advantages,such as simple structure,low manufacturing cost,easy assemble,suitability for many kinds of items,short lead time and wider applications were also introduced.By using the die,the application range of pipe hole punching process was expanded and the adaptability of the die was enhanced.
