曲柄压力机能耗分析与节能途径

摘要:
传统曲柄压力机的电机-飞轮的刚性驱动方式与锻压工况周期尖峰负荷极不匹配,导致效率低下,能耗高。本文分析了曲柄压力机的各个能耗环节,提出了多种节能途径。采用交流伺服电机驱动,既可大大提高曲柄压力机的性能,又是解决曲柄压力机能耗问题的最有效方法。以浅拉深工艺为例,分析比较了伺服压力机和普通压力机耗能情况,结果表明,相对普通压力机来说,伺服压力机节能达到46.3%。在1100 kN普通压力机和伺服压力机上进行了实际能耗对比试验,在试验条件下,连续行程和单次行程的节能效果分别达到60%和69%。
The driving style of common inductive motor and fly wheel does not match the loads of periodical big shot in forging and stamping,resulting to low efficiency and high energy consumption.Every energy consumption point for crank presses was analyzed and several approaches to save energy were put forward.AC servo driving can not only improve the working characteristics of the presses,but also is the effective approach to solve the problem of high energy consumption as well.Taking a deep drawing process as an example,the energy consumption comparison between common and servo crank presses was made and the result shows that the servo press could save energy by 46.3%.Experiments were conducted for testing energy consumption on both common and servo crank presses.Under the experimental condition,servo press saved energy by 60% and 69% for continuous and single stroke respectively.
