楔横轧应变分布的光塑性实验研究

摘要:
以聚碳酸酯作为模型材料,采用三维光塑性实验方法对楔横轧金属变形工步进行了模拟研究。对典型截面切片的等差线和等倾线条纹进行了观测分析,采用牛顿迭代法求解了楔横轧制件内部的三维应变分布。计算结果说明,楔横轧变形区属于复杂的三维变形,轧件的变形是不均匀的,表层变形大,心部变形小,变形的不均匀将导致轧件内部产生附加应力。实验结果表明,利用三维光塑性方法对楔横轧成形进行实验模拟是成功的,为研究金属塑性成形工艺提供了一种有效的实验手段。
Using polycarbonate as mold material,three-dimensional photoplasticity was employed to simulate the deformation of the metal in the cross wedge rolling process.The fringes of isochromatic line and isoclinal line of slice in typical section were observed and analysed.The three-dimensional strain distributions in the inner part of cross wedge rolling was solved by Newton iterative method.It shows that the deformation distributions on cross wedge rolling are complicated three-dimensional deformation through the solved result.The deformation on part is not even.The inner deformation is large and the outer deformation is little.The asymmetric deformation will lead to the additional stress in the inner of transmutative part.Experiment results indicate that the simulation method of three-dimensional photoplasticity on cross wedge rolling is successful and it provides an effective experiment means for studying the technology of metal forming.
