本文指出了现有回弹理论的近似性，分析了回弹中的应力应变关系，提出了用材料力学中的单位力法求回弹的新理论。该理论的计算结果与实测值符合较好，并为非圆弧弯曲区的回弹分析提供了一个新的研究途径。

The approximation of the existent spring back theory is presented in this paper.Then the stress-strain relation in spring back is researched and a new spring back theory that the spring back is calculated with Unit-Load Method in Mechanics of Materials is proposed. The calculated results agree with the experimental results well. At the same time,this new theory provides a new method for analysing the spring back of workpieces with noncircular arc bending part.,
