摘要:
研究了变形温度、应变速率和变形程度等热加工参数对SiCp2014Al复合材料力学行为和晶粒度的影响。结果表明,该材料的流动应力对变形温度和应变速率比较敏感。变形温度每升高40℃,流动应力降低5~10MPa,应变速率每提高一个数量级,流动应力增加13~18倍。提高应变速率有利于获得细晶组织。以足够的变形程度锻造以及适当提高锻后冷却速度均有利于获得细晶组织。根据实验结果确定了该材料的流动应力与热加工参数之间的函数关系。
The influence of the thermomechanical parameters,such as deformation temperature,strain rate,reduction and so forth,on the mechanical behavior and grain size of SiCp/2014Al composite was investigated.The experimental results indicate that the flow stress of SiCp/2014Al composite is sensitive to deformation temperature and strain rate.An increment in deformation temperature 40℃ will lead to decrease in flow stress about 5~10MPa.The strain rate raising an order of magnitude results in increasing the flow stress approximately 1 3~1 8times.The high strain rate is conducive to obtaining the fine grain structure.The forging with appropriately large reduction and adequate increasing in cooling rate after forging are beneficial to the formation of fine grain structure also.The dependence of the flow stress of SiCp/2014Al composite on the thermomechanical parameters was first defined based on the experimental data.
