根据某型号转向螺母的结构特点,提出一种新的多自由度数控联动成形工艺,只需一次加热、单个工位即可成形出无飞边且带齿形的转向螺母锻件。利用有限元模拟软件Deform-3D,对转向螺母的多自由度数控联动成形工艺进行了数值模拟, 分析了成形过程中各冲头的载荷-时间曲线、等效应力云图、模具应力分布等,根据模拟结果设计了转向螺母多自由度数控联动成形模具结构,并在自主研制的多向数控联动成形压机上进行了工艺试验。研究结果表明,提出的转向螺母多自由度数控联动成形工艺是可行的,试验得到的转向螺母锻件充填饱满,尺寸符合设计要求,对转向螺母的生产具有一定的指导意义。

According to the structural characteristics of a certain type of steering nut, a new multi-degree-of-freedom numerical control linkage forming process was proposed, and the steering nut forgings without flying edge and with tooth shape could be formed by only one heating and single working station. Then, the multi-degree-of-freedom numerical control linkage forming process of steering nut was simulated by the finite element simulation software Deform-3D, and the load-time curve of each punch, equivalent stress distribution and stress distribution inside the mold in the forming process were analyzed. Furthermore, based on the simulation results, the mold structure of multi-degree-of-freedom numerical control linkage forming for steering nut was designed, and the process test was conducted on the multi-direction numerical control linkage forming press developed independently. The results show that the multi-degree-of-freedom numerical control linkage forming process of steering nut proposed is feasible, and the steering nut forgings obtained by the experiment are full filled and the sizes meet the design requirements. Thus, the above research has certain guiding significance for the production of steering nut.
