伺服控制技术在精冲设备上的应用

摘要:

为了实现节能降噪,降低生产成本和改善工作环境,提高精冲设备的工作效率,使精冲设备更加符合后续的生产需求,提高精冲设备在市场上的竞争力,基于对精冲工艺的理解,改变以往的开环控制方式,通过伺服控制技术在精冲设备上的应用,将新技术与传统机械技术有效结合,实现了压力闭环和位置闭环的速度控制,从而实现了对精冲设备的精准控制,提高了精冲模具的使用寿命,而且提高了精冲设备的柔性化和智能化程度,提高了精冲零件的精度和质量,并具有节能环保的特点,符合装备制造行业高精度、智能化、节能环保的发展方向,降低噪音5~10 dB,节能20%左右。

In order to save energy, reduce noise and costs, improve working environment and efficiency of fine blanking equipment to meet the follow-up production needs and improve the competitive ability of fine blanking equipment in the market, the traditional open loop control mode was redesigned based on the understanding of the fine blanking process, and the speed control of pressure closed loop and position closed loop was realized to achieve the precise control of the fine blanking equipment and improve the service life of the fine blanking die by applying the servo control technology to the fine blanking equipment and combining the new technology with the traditional mechanical technology. Furthermore, the flexibility and intelligence of the fine blanking equipment were improved, and the precision and quality of the fine blanking parts were increased. Thus, the new technology had the characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection which met the development trends of high precision, intelligence, energy conservation and environmental protection in the equipment manufacturing industry, the noise was deduced by 5-10 dB and the energy was saved about 20%.
