摘要:

介绍了曲轴锻造的现状,并在对智能制造发展趋势分析的基础上,提出了曲轴智能锻造的必要性。结合曲轴锻造生产的特点,提出了层级智能锻造的系统结构,该系统包含基础层的自动化锻造生产线、参数提取层的智能感知与检测系统、制造执行层的MES系统以及决策层的专家系统这4个主体模块,并构建出曲轴智能锻造的系统架构。此外,建立了曲轴智能锻造的智能感知与检测系统,实现了锻造生产在线监测和参数提取,并通过智能化锻造网络构架、智能感知与检测系统、MES和专家系统构建了一个可自动运行、故障诊断以及生产管理的锻造生产过程。

The present situation of crankshaft forging was described, and the necessity of crankshaft intelligent forging was presented based on the analysis of the development trend of intelligent manufacturing. Then, combining with the characteristics of crankshaft forging, the system structure of the layered intelligent forging was put forward, which consisted of four main modules: automatic forging production line of base layer, intelligent sensing and monitoring system of parameter extraction layer, MES system of manufacturing excurtion layer and expert system of decision layer. Meanwhile, the system architecture of crankshaft intelligent forging was constructed. In addition, the intelligent sensing and monitoring system of crankshaft intelligent forging were established, and the monitor and extract parameters on line were realized. Furthermore, a forging process of automatic operation, fault diagnosis and production management was built by the intelligent network architecture, intelligent sensing and monitoring system, MES and expert system.
