基于CAD/CAE的汽车覆盖件拉延模设计

摘要:

对汽车覆盖件拉延模的设计进行了研究。以汽车发动机盖外板为例,在零件数模建立的基础上,借助拉延成形仿真对成形过程中的拉裂、起皱等缺陷进行预测,得到零件的成形极限图和厚度变化图,并依此来判断其成形效果。通过改变结构参数和工艺参数优化拉延成形方案,根据最佳的成形方案进行了拉延模结构设计。最后通过试验对设计结果进行验证,试模结果与仿真分析结果一致,零件的最大变薄率为27.5%,最大变厚率为9.5%,满足成形要求。研究结果表明,基于CAD/CAE的汽车覆盖件拉延模设计方法是可行的,能够缩短产品开发周期,提高设计水平。
 

The drawing die design of automobile panel was studied. For the automobile engine cover outer panel, the cracking or wrinkling were predicted by simulating its drawing process based on CAD model of part, and the forming limit diagram and the thickness variation diagram of part were obtained to judge the forming effect. Then, the forming scheme was optimized by changing the structure parameters and process parameters, and the drawing die structure was designed according to the best forming scheme. Finally, the result of design was verified through tests, and the test results were in agreement with the simulation results. Furthermore, the requirement of forming was met with the maximum thinning rate of 27.5% and the maximum thickening rate of 9.5%. The research results show that the drawing die design of automobile panel based on CAD/CAE is feasible, the product development cycle is shortened,and the standard of design is raised.
