基于CATIA平台的汽车覆盖件模具快速管路系统

摘要:

 基于CATIA平台下的CAA技术,开发了用于汽车覆盖件模具的快速管路设计系统。提出了基于坐标转换的直角化布线算法,可以在节省布线时间的同时保证管路布置的美观性和合理性;通过智能化布线与人工交互相结合的方式,应用孔内特征自动提取、自由点避障、布线优化等技术,有效减少管路设计中的重复性工作,将工程师从繁杂的建模任务中解放出来。系统还集成了标准件的快速调入、位置调整和BOM属性添加等工具,利用CATIA的参数化功能,确保设计的规范性和一致性,减少设计的错误率,有效提高设计效率。

 Rapid piping design system of automobile panel was developed based on the CAA technology of CATIA platform. A rectangular routing algorithm based on coordinate transformation was put forward, which could save routing time and ensure the aesthetics and rationality of the pipeline layout. The repetitive task in the design of piping was reduced and the engineer was liberated from the complex modeling task by combining intelligent routing with human-computer interactive operation, and using technologies of feature extraction in holes, obstacles avoidance with free points, routing optimization,ect. The tools of fast-loading, position adjustment, BOM's attribute addition for standard parts are integrated in the system. Furthermore, by the parameterization function of CATIA,the standardization and consistency in design are guaranteed, the error rates is reduced, and design efficiency is improved.
