加筋油底壳成形工艺研究及模具设计

介绍了采用加筋结构的油底壳结构工艺性分析及形状优化情况,通过模态计算分析,局部增加加强筋后,油底壳局部模态频率提高了一倍,应力幅值降低了30%。通过设定凹模圆角半径、拉延速度等边界条件,采用StmpingXert软件分析并确定油底壳成形工艺方案为:采用两次拉延的拉延成形工艺。最后,通过对模具进行了优化设计,包括加强筋部位的过渡圆角;拉延筋的形状、尺寸和位置;毛坯的形状尺寸,确定了模具的整体结构。经一系列试验验证后说明,采用优化工艺及模具得到的油底壳零件满足质量要求。

The structure analysis and shape optimization of oil pan with ribs were introduced. The modal frequency of the local oil pan is doubled and the stress amplitude decreases by 30% through modal calculation and adding ribs. By setting the boundary conditions such as circular-angle radius of die and drawing speed,the forming process of oil pan with twice drawing was adopted by StmpingXert analysis software. Finally,the whole structure of the die was designed by optimizing transition fillet,shape,size and location of ribs,and blank dimension. After a series of tests,it is shown that the oil pan obtained through optimization of the die can meet the quality requirements.
