弧棱U型件的变形特点和回弹浅析

摘要:

针对轿车结构骨架常用的弧线脊U型截面零件的成形,定义了板弧棱U型截面弯曲的概念,分析了弧棱U型截面弯曲的几何特点和成形特性;用数值模拟方法分析了这种成形在两翼、两侧和顶部的应力应变分布特点。初步探讨了弧棱U型弯曲的回弹问题,提出翼板宽度和棱线曲率是影响其回弹大小的主要因素,以及弧棱线弯曲件在截面和脊线方向的回弹形式及之间的相互影响。并指出,影响弯曲回弹的因素除了材料性能(弹性模量)、弯曲角大小、相对弯曲半径等以外,还有成形时的压边力大小。

For the forming of arc ridge U-shaped cross section parts commonly used for car frame structure, the concept of plate arc edge U-shaped bending was defined and its geometry and forming characteristics were analyzed. The stress and strain distribution characteristics in the wings, the sides and the top during the forming were analyzed by numerical simulation. The springback of arc edge U-shaped bending was preliminarily studied. It is stated that the flange width and profile curvature are the main influence factors of the springback. Meanwhile, it is also discussed that the springback forms of arc edge U-shaped bending in the direction of the cross section and ridges with their interaction. Therefore, it is pointed out that the influence factors on bending springback including materials performance(modulus), size of the bending angle,relative bending radius and size of blank holder force in forming.
