汽车覆盖件主模型检具大型薄壁件制造工艺研究

摘要:
汽车主模型检具是专门用来验证汽车覆盖件匹配的一种特殊工装,且由许多模块组成。由于模块材料为超硬铝,且常为大型薄壁件,所以在加工时极易变形,加工质量难以保证。针对大型薄壁件在加工中采用的装夹方式、机床和刀具的选择以及对加工工艺路线制定等方面进行研究,并提出一些预防加工变形的措施。最后,通过对车门模块精加工进行验证,用三坐标测量机对其薄壁处若干点进行测量,所有变形量均控制在0.1 mm以内。
 
 
 
 

Master model fixture is a kind of special equipment which is used to check the assembly of automotive panels.Because master model is usually made of many blocks which have many large thin-wall edges and are made from superduralumin,deformation often occurs during its production and its quality is hard to control.The clamping, machine tools, cutting tools and processing route during large thin-wall parts processing were studied. Some measures were put forward to provent manufacturing deformation. Finally, the research was verified through  final-manufacturing of door block. All deformation of thin-wall edges was measured by CMM,which is controlled within 0.1 mm.
