渐开线直齿齿轮轴楔横轧成形过程优化研究

摘要:

针对渐开线齿轮轴板式楔横轧实验或生产中出现的乱齿缺陷现象,分析了轧制初始阶段和轧件齿廓成形中后期所出现的乱齿缺陷现象的原因,并采用Deform3D有限元软件,对这两者进行优化模拟设计。模拟结果显示,乱齿现象已基本消除,且齿轮分度均匀,齿廓形状清晰。最后对有限元模拟优化设计进行物理实验,实验验证结果基本和模拟结果相符,以此给齿轮轴楔横轧进一步的研究和生产提供了更有效的参考。
 

With regard to the deformed gear and defects produced in the platetype cross wedge rolling experiments and productions on involute gear shaft, the reasons for deformed gear and defects phenomenon occurring at the initial rolling stage and middle to late forming stage of rolled piece tooth profile were analyzed, and a simulated optimization design on the deformed gear and defects phenomenon in the above stages was carried out by adopting Deform3D finite element software. Results of the simulation are that the disordered gear phenomenon has been basically eliminated and scale division of gears becomes even and shape of tooth profile is clear. Finally, a physics experiment, whose results are basically in consistent with the results of simulation, was carried out on the simulated optimization design of finite element, so as to provide more efficient references to further research and production on wedge cross rolling of gear shaft.
